Mrs. Geraldine Carson, is a wonderful coach she have taught me things about myself, that I needed to succeed.  I am a very hard worker, so that comes with me being hard on myself because I love to succeed in anything I do.   The one area I started struggling with was my sales goals I had went from the top of the department to the middle per there was changes in the customer that I was selling to.  As I starting coming in this new group, I was given an opportunity to be coached by Mrs. Carson.  She have shown me that I need to accepted and sink in my achievements then build on it. I had to stop beating myself up as if I wasn’t doing anything right and find a new way in a different approach that will reach the type of customer I was talking to.  She allowed me to focus on my strengthens that allowed me to use my strengthens to find a new focus point in what the customer need that fit our upselling product, this allowed me to grow in my sales. I was creating a stress that caused me to blind me from what was already there and she helped me in relieving that stress to gain strength and confidence.  I appreciate her believing in me, her giving effective focus, and her efforts in showing me something that will not only apply in my job but in my everyday life, my life is too sweet to create stress I can create something bigger and better in its place. Oh and just a quick note I was at 5.05-below% in my sales goal to where I’m to 7-8% within 1 months and still rising any growth is succeeding to me I appreciate it and I want to thank you.
